Biere De Garde. This French Farmhouse Ambree (or Amber) beer was made with our friends at Apogee Brewing Company. 9.2% ABV. Brewed for our 12th Anniversary!

Traditional Bock (single) made with our friends at Geishaus Brewing Company. 7.3% ABV. Brewed for our 12th Anniversary!

Imperial Stout. Aged in Toasted Oak Whiskey barrels. 11.8% ABV. Brewed for our 12th Anniversary! (the untreated version is available on-tap)

German Pilsner. Gold Medal Brewers Cup of Cal 2026. Crisp & clean showcasing a balanced blend of spicy, floral German hops. 4.5% ABV.

Pale Ale. A classic American style Pale Ale. Crisp citrus flavors of grapefruit up front with a subtle dank finish. Brewed with Simcoe & Citra hops. 5.5% ABV. Also available in 4-Pack 16oz cans To-Go.

New England Hazy IPA. Hopped up with Galaxy & Elani hops. Juicy citrus fruit flavors of nectarine & orange. 6.8% ABV.

Classic West Coast IPA. Silver Medal Winner Cal State Fair 2026. Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade & Chinook hops. 7% ABV.

Belgian Style Strong Golden Ale. Dry hopped with Saaz hops. spice, golden raisin, white pepper, dry finish. 7.7% ABV. Also available in 750ml bottles.

Lambic Gueuze. A blend of 1, 2, & 3 year-old Lambic unfiltered & unpasteurized. 6% ABV. 750ml Bottle.

Lambic Kriek. Hand-picked whole sour cherries on young Lambic for at least 4 months. 6% ABV. 750ml Bottle.

Belgian Tripel. Tripel Karmeliet is still brewed to an authentic recipe with wheat, oats, & barley. a beautiful beer with a floral hop character & exquisite balance. 8.4% ABV.

Lambic. Lindemans Framboise blends one-year-old Lambic with delicious, ripe raspberries. Providing a delicate fruity aroma, indulgent raspberry flavor & a beautiful dark pink color. 2.5% ABV.

Sour Flanders Red Ale. Duchesse Cheery is a blend of 1 and 2 year-old Duchesse de Bourgogne with local, sour cherries added to the maturing beer. The malt beverage is aged in oak casks, and utilizing whole cherries from the Limburg region of Belgium. 6.8% ABV (Vichte, Vlaanderen) 11.2oz bottle.

Belgian Pale Ale. Ageing process adds a fruity note, striking a balance between the full-bodied yet complex flavor & slight bitterness. 6.2% ABV (Villers-Devant-Orval, Luxembourg) 11.2oz bottle.

A blend of West Coast apples gives this cider it's bright acidity & light tannins. 5% ABV. (Ponderosa Cider, Auburn CA)

Non-Alcoholic Belgian Blonde Ale. Light, malty aroma with spicy & fruity notes. Full bodied, spicy flavor with a fruity & hoppy finish.

Non-Alcoholic IPA. Brewed with a blend of Northwest hops including Citra & Mosaic. 0.5% ABV. Available in 12oz cans. (Athletic Brewing, Milford, Connecticut)

Non-Alcoholic Mexican Style Lager. Refreshingly bright take on a Mexican style copper. 0.5% ABV. Available in 12oz cans. (Athletic Brewing, Milford, Connecticut)

Non-Alcoholic Root Beer. Made w/ a hot mix process using spring water, herbs, vanilla, & yucca (which creates foam). Abita sweetens it's root beer w/ pure Louisiana cane sugar & it is naturally caffeine free. (Abita Springs, LA)
