Saturday we will be tapping Tynt Meadow Blond from Mount St Bernard Trappist Brewery. This is the world's newest Trappist designated brewery, and the first time their Blond Ale has come to the US. Very limited quantity available. Make sure to get here early for a chance to try it.

Jefferson's Whiskey Dinner
Wednesday April 8th
A three-course meal expertly paired with four of Jefferson's Whiskeys, including Tropics finished in the heat and humidity of Singapore. During the evening, the distillery's National Brand Ambassador will guide you through the tasting and discuss their unique process, such as aging or finishing some of their whiskey at sea. All while you enjoy a menu designed to enhance the spirits, highlighted by a coriander- and coffee-rubbed rack of lamb (vegetarian options are available upon request).
Tickets are limited to 40 people, so this event will sell out. A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your spot and can be purchased at Monk's or online here. Total price is $100 (balance + gratuity payable at the dinner).
