Join us for a private Cazcanes Tequila  tasting & dining experience. An afternoon filled with great cocktails, neat pours, & amazing Mexican-inspired dishes.

-Welcome cocktail & appetizers at 3pm

 -Sit down educational tasting with the Cazcanes Tequila Brand Ambassador at 4pm

-Dinner & cocktails will follow.

Join us on Belgian Independence Day as we release Diabolique!  This is our Belgian   Strong Golden Ale that won Gold at the  Brussels Beer Challenge last year.   We only brew it once a year, specifically for this special occasion, and we hope to see you here at Monk's Cellar.  Chef Nycole will be whipping up some traditional Belgian Food Dishes, and we will be offering some rare and one-of-a-kind beers from Belgium.  

Join us during Belgian Beer Week for a Trappist Beer Tour & Tasting Experience!  Legendary Tour Guide, Beer Judge and all around great guy, Big Mike Moore, will be taking us on a tour of 5 of the great Trappist Breweries in Belgium, choosing one beer from each to taste and talk about.  Each beer will be served with some small bites that Chef Nycole will be putting together to enhance the flavors of each beer.

Join us for a Lindeman's brunch & tasting experience.  Chef Nycole has put together an amazing menu using many of the Lindeman's fruit lambics.  You will be offered a flight of 6 lindeman's fruited lambic beers  to taste alongside the food items.   Mandie from Merchant du vin importers will be there to walk us thrught the process of making the beers from this historic, 200 year old lambic brewery.
