Bartender

The bar at Monk’s, an award winning cocktail & whiskey bar inside a craft brewpub, is looking for a bartender to add to our team. Can you make drinks fast while maintaining our high standards? Do you enjoy creating cocktails and want the opportunity to contribute to our overall bar program? Are you a team player willing to get out from behind the bar to serve tables, run food & drinks, seat guests, and bus when needed? Can you make great service a priority every shift? Hosts & Bussers

Come work for us as a host and/or busser and we’ll train you to be a server. We are looking for a couple of fun, energetic people to fill immediate openings in a highly rated, family owned business. No experience necessary. If you have a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and are interested in the restaurant/bar industry this job is for you. We offer competitive pay (hourly wage, plus an aggressive tip share program) and have a history of training/promoting from within. In fact, the reason we’re looking for new people is because we just promoted two people.

Line Cooks

We are seeking quality line cooks interested in working with local ingredients in a highly rated, established, family owned restaurant. Ideal candidates will work well as part of a team or be able to hold down the line on their own as needed. 1 year of cooking experience is preferred, but for the right person we will be happy to train you up. We have immediate openings Tuesday through Saturday. This is a great opportunity for a new full-time job or for some regular part-time hours.

Prep Cooks & Dishwashers

Need a job? Need a second job? Want to start working and earning money right away? Come work in our kitchen. We have entry level jobs available. No experience, we’ll start you as a dishwasher. Some experience, we’ll start you as a prep cook. Either way, prove yourself and we’ll train you so you can move up quickly. We have a history of promoting from within. In fact, the reason we’re looking for new people is because we just promoted two people. Monk’s is a highly rated, family owned business, with competitive pay (hourly with overtime, plus a generous tip share, & free shift meals). We have immediate openings Tuesday through Saturday.
