he Monk’s Cellar’s beer program includes 10 house made beers on draft, plus an additional six taps of rare beers imported from Europe. Many of our house made beers change regularly and include styles from North America and Europe. In the future we plan to offer a small collection of unique, hard to find bottled beers.

The Monk’s Cellar also has wine and cocktail programs. The wine program’s focus will be on local wineries producing European varieties. Many of these wines will be offered on tap. Classic cocktails using high end, small batch spirits anchor a creative liquor program including fun and innovative “Beer Cocktails”.
