Prep and Line Cooks: We are seeking individuals with the ability to follow recipes, and a knowledge of working with local ingredients. The ideal candidates will have 6 months of relevant work experience and/or culinary course work, and take pride in providing a level of service that respects the products we serve and the guests that will enjoy them.

Dishwashers: We are looking for people with good attitude and a strong work ethic, who are interested in the restaurant industry. We have a history of training/promoting from within and this job is a great place to get your foot in the kitchen door.
