“Monastery” a traditional Belgian style tripel dry hopped with Styrian Golding hops giving it fruity, floral and spicy notes.

Our “Beer Braised Chicken” is a Half Petaluma Poultry Free Range Chicken roasted in Monk’s Biere Blanche then fried crispy and served with brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes (or our famous duck fat fries as pictured).
